Twellow for Twitter. Find campers galore.
By now you’re hearing a lot about Twitter and rightly so. It’s a great tool for communicating with your campers. One of the problems with Twitter though, is that it can be a little clumsy when you’re trying to find people. Here’s where Twellow can be a great help.
Once you create an account with Twellow (after you’ve created an account with Twitter) you can search for people by interest, name, place…all kinds of ways. (be sure to click “advanced following” so your selections will be updated in your Twitter account)
I used it after I created ARVC Michigan’s Twitter account to find all things Michigan camping, rving, tourism, travel and news related. Entire lists of possible people and businesses to follow came up. Then I was able to simply click “follow” on any I wanted. The beauty of it is that many of them, after receiving notice I was following them, opted to follow me back.
Try it and let me know how it works for you.
